It costs money and time to deliver the information to those who need it. Fax and e-mail are the most popular delivery methods. Fax-on-demand is one of the best ways to empower people so they can help themselves to documents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This can greatly reduce the cost. But, not everyone will help themselves so it is important to provide call center agents the ability to fax and/or e-mail the appropriate information from their desktop while the caller is on the line.
