FAXReporter for Windows enables any LAN Windows workstation user to access, process, sort, and display FAXLink's fax activity log files. In addition, it can produce detailed and summary reports.

Because FAXLink processes fax-on-demand, fax broadcast, and fax serving type fax transmissions, separate reports for each fax transmission type are sometimes necessary. FAXReporter allows the system administrator to select various sort criteria and selectively choose the particular fax transactions to include in a report.

When fax broadcast transactions are marked with the initiator's identification number, the transaction records associated with the i.d. number can be sorted to produce reports for a particular broadcast job.

There is another report detailing the number of times each document was requested. This provides the system administrator with a detailed record of the popularity of any given document in FAXLink's document library.

While FAXReporter is an optional Windows interface program to administer the FAXLink system over a LAN.  FAXReporter for Windows is a FAXLink enhancement designed to enable network users report generation ability.

FEATURES

Daily Detailed Report:      	Fax phone, name, documents, status, type, time, duration 

			by fax transmission 

Monthly Detailed Report:    	Transmission type, fax count, error count,
                            		document count by day

Document Count Report:      Document count by document number 

Useage Report:		Percent of capacity utilized by hour

Sorting/Filtering:                   	By date range, by fax job type (fax-on-demand, broadcast, desktop, resend, special)

			by fax completion status (successful, fail, error code), etc.
