V*CHANNEL, INC.
Doc-2-Fax is Automatic
The Doc-2-Fax processor automatically converts many common types of document files to fax format. You don't ever have to do it again.
Whether its HTML files from your web site, Acrobat PDF or MS-Word files, the Doc-2-Fax processor takes care of them for you. It saves you time and lets you maintain all your documents in their native format. All you do is enter the source document file name and path along with its associated document number into the Doc-2-Fax document library database. The Doc-2-Fax processor takes it from there.
Whenever you revise the document source file, Doc-2-Fax will make sure the latest revision is faxed. When you delete a document source file, Doc-2-Fax will delete the entry in the database.
Doc-2-Fax Makes it Easy for you
The Doc-2-Fax processor intercepts all fax transaction requests and intelligently determines if the document source file must be converted for fax transmission or if the correct version already exists in faxable format. If it must create a new fax ready image file it does, and if not the Doc-2-Fax processor just passes the fax transaction request to the FAXLink fax server for transmission. The Doc-2-Fax processor works in conjunction with V*Channel's FAXLink interactive voice and fax server.
