V*Channel's
Web Fax Service Bureau

Fax-enable your Web site today.  Hyperlink from your web site to a web fax-on-demand page we create for you on our web site.  Then your web visitors can request documents they want and have them faxed back.

V*Channel also offers a fax service bureau for customers who may want to outsource their fax serving and fax broadcasting requirements. V*Channel's service bureau offering includes fax-on-demand through dedicated dialup phone lines and fax serving/broadcasting through the Web Fax Gateway.

Utilizing features of Web Fax Gateway, customers have the option of either setting up a link to a custom Web page hosted on V*Channel's Web site or can simply set up Web forms that email responses from their own Web page to V*Channel's email address. Web Fax Gateway will take care of the rest. It's as simple as that!

An example of this Web Gateway had been created on V*Channel's Web site at http://www.vchannel.com. From the main Web page, an option is available to try Web faxing. Selecting this page leads to a catalog of V*Channel product literature. Users can click on the documents they want faxed, enter their personal information, and submit the request. Web Fax Gateway will then process the request and initiate the fax transaction.

Call centers can now set up Intranet browsers that link to a document catalog. Whenever customers request documents, agents can bring up the catalog page in their Web browser and fax the request immediately, without ever leaving their desk.

The ability to initiate fax broadcasts is another feature that could be integrated into an Intranet Web page, tucked safely behind the corporate firewall. Customers can select documents, create broadcast lists, and initiate the broadcast remotely from their Web browsers.

This is yet another example of the endless capabilities available through V*Channel's FAXLink interactive voice and fax system.
